Some years ago when I saw the French Movie „Intouchables“ at the Cinema for the first time I was pretty impressed. The movie was amazing and the soundtrack was perfect for this film story. Later I searched the Original Soundtrack of the movie and found out that the music was made by Ludovico Einaudi, an Italian composer and pianist. I bought his album „Islands“ which was the perfect sound for traveling or for a chill out.
This year I almost had the chance to see him in Geneva but unfortunately it was on a Sunday or Monday evening and I had to work the next day. So I was lucky enough to wait a bit and when I found out that he would come to the world famous Auditorium Stravinski in Montreux I directly bought some tickets.
On the 10th November 2016 I finally had the opportunity to see this amazing musician live in concert with my buddy Werner. It was one of the most special concerts I’ve ever been to. When we entered the Auditorium Stravinski, it was funny to see a lot of people in a really high-class dress code and everybody sitting on chairs for a concert.
After a short introduction of an important old lady, it was time to enter the stage for Ludovico Einaudi and his musicians.
The concert was pure magic. No more words needed.
Thanks to my buddy Werner that he joined me for another, this time a bit more special, concert. Great Times!
